An unexpectedly hard shot by Hercule Basque in the 12th minute of play forced GAS MONKEY's goalkeeper Robert Le Menn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, Armand Mondon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Robert Le Menn. GAS MONKEY's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armand Mondon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 17 minutes into the match, Hercule Basque notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of GAS MONKEY's Robert Le Menn. Robert Le Menn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 32ndth minute of the game Hercule Basque who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GAS MONKEY's Robert Le Menn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 33 minutes into the game, Armand Mondon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Robert Le Menn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 37 minutes into the match, GAS MONKEY's goal looked a bit too open when Loïc Curt came free, but Robert Le Menn reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of GAS MONKEY booed when Perthes United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mustapha Grognet made a kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Sacha Bagot shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jean-Marie Sanquer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Armand Mondon in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Robert Le Menn, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. GAS MONKEY's defense didn't have a chance, in the 63rd minute, when Loïc Curt scored to the left of an out of position Robert Le Menn, making the score, 0-6. An unexpected shot in the 69th minute by Hercule Basque got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Jason Henrio scored 0-7 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robert Le Menn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 74 played minutes GAS MONKEY got a freekick which was hit by Mustapha Grognet. In the 78thth minute of the game Hercule Basque who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but GAS MONKEY's Robert Le Menn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Armand Mondon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Robert Le Menn made a huge save. Perthes United's Armand Mondon was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 85th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 91st match minute, GAS MONKEY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sacha Bagot to maneuver through the defense. Loïc Curt hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Perthes United's Jean-Marie Sanquer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tristan Pilot in the 95th minute of play. When Charles-Henri Alavoine fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GAS MONKEY's protests and gave Charles-Henri Alavoine a yellow card for diving instead. Perthes United's Manuel Filippini was substituted for Hercule Basque. Charles-Henri Alavoine kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Perthes United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
