Olaf Zaworski had several of the Formation Pure Lyonnaise's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 62 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Brian Soria as he didn't even see the shot coming. After having played for 65 minutes, Olaf Zaworski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lezennes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olaf Zaworski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lezennes's attentive Gérald Gosselin managed to snatch the ball when Isaac Bernal made a throw-in in the 68th minute of the game. When Mané Cosme came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Lezennes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mané Cosme couldn't finish the play. Lezennes's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
