Germain Gherardi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alphonse Guénon went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 14 minutes, Jean-Cyrille Robion put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Germain Gherardi. 19 minutes into the match, Maxime Ropars had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Germain Gherardi. Barre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maxime Ropars was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 23rd minute Enzo Bayard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germain Gherardi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 played minutes Erzurum25 got a freekick which was hit by Ernest Chevreuil. Germain Gherardi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 34th minute Ernest Chevreuil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Germain Gherardi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Barre's Morgan Loustau got a free kick in the 34th minute. After having played for 36 minutes, Axel Reymond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barre's supporters crossed their fingers, but Axel Reymond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Erzurum25 booed when Barre was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morgan Loustau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Erzurum25's Maxime Ropars couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 38th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Barre. Germain Gherardi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Bayard in the 40th minute of play. 42 minutes into the game, Erzurum25's Enzo Bayard nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Germain Gherardi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. 48 minutes into the match, Jean-Cyrille Robion had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Germain Gherardi. Barre's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jean-Cyrille Robion was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-7. The Barre players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Erzurum25 were winning 0-7.

The wind increased when Maxime Ropars made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the game, Jean-Cyrille Robion cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Germain Gherardi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Barre defense, Ernest Chevreuil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Germain Gherardi. The Barre fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Germain Gherardi should have stopped the shot. After 61 minutes of play, Erzurum25's Jean-Cyrille Robion made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Germain Gherardi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Germain Gherardi was a little too slow when Jean-Cyrille Robion got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 0-11. 68 minutes into the game, Erzurum25's Maxime Ropars nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Germain Gherardi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-12. In the 73rd minute, Erzurum25's Enzo Bayard dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-13. When Hippolyte Destouches came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Barre fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hippolyte Destouches couldn't finish the play. Germain Gherardi was a little too slow when Jean-Cyrille Robion got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 0-14. Germain Gherardi made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Maxime Ropars sent off a good shot on target. Maxime Roparss short, quick shot in the 84thth minute got Germain Gherardi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A well placed Maxime Ropars short distance shot in the 84th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Bayard in the 89th minute of play forced Barre's goalkeeper Germain Gherardi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 91 minutes, Germain Gherardi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 92 minutes had been played when some careless play by Barre's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Maxime Ropars was slow to take the kick. During this time Erzurum25's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Barre getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Sofyane Monnerie hit a great ball. The long shot by Maxime Ropars in the 94th minute really tested Germain Gherardi's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Maxime Ropars fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Germain Gherardi having to interfere. Charles Wartel hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Erzurum25's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
