A sloppy throw-in by Alirio Benítez in the 66th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Prats's Dante Quinten. The audience was convinced that Fortun Comas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ametz Valdés was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. The Duron SD fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Prats were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
