Feliberto Maldonado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jago Maldonado in the 4th minute of the match. 4 minutes into the game, Curro Orbiz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aldeanueva De Cameros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aztur C.F. the free kick. 14 minutes into the game, Quique Morera cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Feliberto Maldonado was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In a very dangerous position, a player in Aztur C.F. fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 18th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Cordera Feria, was totally fooled by Aldeanueva De Cameros's Karlos Planes, who 20 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Alvar Romero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ruben Drake hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Alvar Romero made the kick off in the second half. Alvar Romero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Feliberto Maldonado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nando Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zunbeltz Antunez kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Aztur C.F.'s Jago Maldonado couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Aldeanueva De Cameros. If Nando Cruz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74thth minute of the game Nando Cruz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aztur C.F.'s Cordera Feria was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ruben Drake kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Alvar Romero struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Feliberto Maldonado didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aztur C.F.. After having played for 85 minutes, Nando Cruz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aldeanueva De Cameros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nando Cruz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jago Maldonado during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Aldeanueva De Cameros booed when Aztur C.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jago Maldonado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvar Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Feliberto Maldonado having to interfere. Cordera Feria came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Aldeanueva De Cameros's Emilio Canal. But to his dismay, Emilio Canal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The Aldeanueva De Cameros players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
