In the 42nd match minute, Tanga Team 2.0 C.F. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gillermo Barro to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dani Böke in the 45th minute of play forced Gata de Cueva CF's goalkeeper Killian Mbappè to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute Isidoro Reyes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Ribeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isidoro Reyes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Adolfo Ribeiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paco Casillas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute.
