It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 30th minute, but Perico Raya got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving CD Boiro hanging dry this time. Carles Coppola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdinand Paz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Ucci sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dan Alaerts hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the game, Andoitz Arias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CD Boiro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pitxu Dream Team the free kick. 47 minutes into the match, Pitxu Dream Team's goal looked a bit too open when Demario Cuadrado came free, but Carles Coppola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 48 minutes into the game, when Erasto Mezquita put in a rough tackle. 47 minutes into the game, one of CD Boiro:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Pitxu Dream Team a penalty, 49 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Xose Ruiz, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of CD Boiro's Perico Raya. 1-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rolando Quijana was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Demario Cuadrado took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Carles Coppola to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Baldomero Ramos got free with Carles Coppola in the 60th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 63rd minute, Rolando Quijana made a precise shot to the right of Perico Raya. CD Boiro's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. CD Boiro's John Palomar was substituted for Elixio Lacorte. The supporters of CD Boiro booed when Pitxu Dream Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Ucci didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 73rd minute, Baldomero Ramos made a precise shot to the right of Carles Coppola. Pitxu Dream Team's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. CD Boiro's Perico Raya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Quijana in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Demario Cuadrado in the 86th minute of play forced Pitxu Dream Team's goalkeeper Carles Coppola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, CD Boiro's Baldomero Ramos got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute, Baldomero Ramos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carles Coppola acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 92nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ferdinand Paz. 95 minutes into the match, Pitxu Dream Team's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Paz came free, but Carles Coppola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Quijana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 97th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Demario Cuadrado kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Carles Coppola. That made the score 2-4 in the 99 minute of play. The CD Boiro supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CD Boiro would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
