After 20 minutes, Borys Gniech mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the El Kiwy Mecanico and the Cabeza Redondo FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florinio Turienzo to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Tipi Andres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hermelando Rey was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. In the 94th play minute Urtun Gómez came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Hermelando Rey. 0-3. A collision led to El Kiwy Mecanico getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Florinio Turienzo hit a great ball. When the final whistle sounded Cabeza Redondo FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than El Kiwy Mecanico.
