Spectators: 8007 (Terracing: 6007, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Josu Barroso started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Juantxis Futbol Club booed when Dragón de las Nieves CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Josu Barroso didn't get a good kick on the ball. Josue Camaño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toño Saura in the 7th minute of play. Josue Camaño came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by Juantxis Futbol Club's Arturo Rivera. But to his dismay, Arturo Rivera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When the match clock showed 11 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Playo Urruti sped through Dragón de las Nieves CF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Josue Camaño. After 16 played minutes, Juantxis Futbol Club's Toño Saura shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Josue Camaño came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Juantxis Futbol Club reached it. When Agamenón Vega came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Juantxis Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agamenón Vega couldn't finish the play. After 21st play minutes Playo Urruti shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Josue Camaño and just under the crossbar into goal. Anibal Cordoba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josu Barroso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 28 minutes into the game, Juantxis Futbol Club's Juvenal Llorente nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Josue Camaño made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Playo Urruti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Josue Camaño read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Dragón de las Nieves CF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Toño Saura was slow to take the kick. During this time Juantxis Futbol Club's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Agamenón Vega almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Dragón de las Nieves CF's Josue Camaño did a great save. Josu Barroso did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-5 to the left of a surprised Anibal Cordoba 33 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 1-6 when Playo Urruti sped through Dragón de las Nieves CF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Josue Camaño. Playo Urruti succeeded in the game's 40th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-7. 44 minutes into the match, Toño Saura notched a goal, 1-8, to the right of Dragón de las Nieves CF's Josue Camaño. Josue Camaño was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Playo Urruti managed to get in a good position for a shot. Juantxis Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Playo Urruti was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Josue Camaño breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-8 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Playo Urruti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 1-9 became the score in the 52nd minute when Playo Urruti elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 1-10 when Playo Urruti sped through Dragón de las Nieves CF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Josue Camaño. In the 58thth minute of the game Playo Urruti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dragón de las Nieves CF's Josue Camaño was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 59th minute, Agamenón Vega got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 61st minute, one of Dragón de las Nieves CF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Dragón de las Nieves CF. 1-11 came through a penalty shot after 63 played minutes, when Juantxis Futbol Club:s Playo Urruti calmly waited for Dragón de las Nieves CF:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Juantxis Futbol Club's Carolo Canyelles was substituted for Edelmiro Hidalgo. With his leg Josue Camaño managed to avoid a goal in the 72ndth minute, when Juantxis Futbol Club's Playo Urruti fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Playo Urruti succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-12 in the 74th playminute. In the 79thth minute of the game Playo Urruti who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dragón de las Nieves CF's Josue Camaño was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The Juantxis Futbol Club fans' excitement grew in the 80th match minute when Juantxis Futbol Club's Playo Urruti looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-13 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Dragón de las Nieves CF's zone, Juvenal Llorente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Josue Camaño came out of the goal and Juvenal Llorente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Playo Urruti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Josue Camaño having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Dragón de las Nieves CF's zone, Agamenón Vega stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Josue Camaño came out of the goal and Agamenón Vega tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Dragón de las Nieves CF's Josue Camaño got control of the ball when Playo Urruti tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Playo Urruti in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Josue Camaño saved Dragón de las Nieves CF from getting behind. Juvenal Llorente was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 95th minute. Juantxis Futbol Club's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When the match was over Juantxis Futbol Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Dragón de las Nieves CF throughout the match.
