The tension between the PPts FC and the 13 Rue del Percebe players grew even worse after the yellow card. 12 minutes into the game, Sven-Edvin Linqvist cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Canor Domenech was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Moncho Mata who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 20thth minute tested the skills of Sabin Benedicto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The 13 Rue del Percebe fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when 13 Rue del Percebe's Sven-Edvin Linqvist looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Moncho Mata came free with the goalkeeper in the 34th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sabin Benedicto could save by the left post. If Armando Piccini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Canor Domenech came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by 13 Rue del Percebe's Sven-Edvin Linqvist. But to his dismay, Sven-Edvin Linqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Moncho Mata to make the kick off. When PPts FC's Moncho Mata in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 13 Rue del Percebe's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in PPts FC's zone, Sven-Edvin Linqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Canor Domenech came out of the goal and Sven-Edvin Linqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When PPts FC's Moncho Mata in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Sabin Benedicto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moncho Mata in the 75th minute of the match. Canor Domenech came out of the goal and Sven-Edvin Linqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 89 minutes of play, 13 Rue del Percebe's Sven-Edvin Linqvist made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Canor Domenech was left in no man's land by his defense there! Patricio Castaño's late challenge caught a 13 Rue del Percebe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Castaño helped the player get up and apologised. In the 92nd minute, Patricio Castaño hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
