Albano Unzueta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manolo Lacorte in the 33rd minute of the match. Los once leones Ourense were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Rayo Tharkad's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aquilino Cuevas took the corner. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Rayo Tharkad's goalkeeper Nevada Silvestre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Albano Unzueta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Apoena Ocaña, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. The supporters of Rayo Tharkad booed when Los once leones Ourense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquilino Cuevas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Manolo Lacorte fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amador Rivas during the 93rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card.
