After some careless play in the Guardia defense, C.J. Sharp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eleazar Titos. The Guardia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eleazar Titos should have stopped the shot. Eleazar Titos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulryk Barowicz in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Stoyko Drenkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beltxe Balboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute C.J. Sharp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleazar Titos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Co Vid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Eleazar Titos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The coaching staff of Pinturas Coronado protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Gheorghe Popescu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 43rd minute, Gheorghe Popescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Godfredo Companys came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Guardia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godfredo Companys couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
