Mario Jardeløv started the match with the kick off. Manole Cristoiu might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Atauri Salan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Manole Cristoiu ran back to his position shaking his head. Atauri Salan made a fantastic save in the 3rd minute, when Manole Cristoiu sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Mario Jardeløv's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Artzai Tarin was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Orgullo defense, Mario Jardeløv kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Artzai Tarin. The Orgullo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Artzai Tarin should have stopped the shot. Artzai Tarin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Jardeløv, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Manole Cristoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 22 minutes into the match, A.D. Puente Cantalojas's goalkeeper Atauri Salan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manole Cristoiu. A collision led to Orgullo getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Porfirio Campoamor hit a great ball. 27 minutes into the match, A.D. Puente Cantalojas's Mario Jardeløv sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artzai Tarin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Orgullo booed when A.D. Puente Cantalojas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto-Carlos Rocha didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 44 played minutes A.D. Puente Cantalojas got a freekick which was hit by Garaona Serena. After the first half A.D. Puente Cantalojas were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Manole Cristoiu to strike the kick off in the second half. Atauri Salan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manole Cristoiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrzej Borowski made in the 60th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Orgullo's Porfirio Campoamor. Manole Cristoiu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Atauri Salan having to make a save. In the 63rd match minute, Orgullo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Porfirio Campoamor to maneuver through the defense. Manole Cristoiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Manole Cristoiu in the 66th minute of play forced A.D. Puente Cantalojas's goalkeeper Atauri Salan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Orgullo's goal looked a bit too open when Mario Jardeløv came free, but Artzai Tarin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, A.D. Puente Cantalojas's Mario Jardeløv sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Artzai Tarin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Manole Cristoiu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A.D. Artzai Tarin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Camarasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After 81 minutes Orgullo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rios Marin who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, A.D. Puente Cantalojas's Bart Brandie got a free kick in the 89th minute. Carlos Camarasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artzai Tarin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. After 95 minutes Orgullo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rios Marin who took care of the corner kick. When the final whistle went the supporters of A.D. Puente Cantalojas were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Orgullo side.
