Mastur Bassis short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Christodoulos Karabogias to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 28 minutes Senatus Populus Que Roman's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lu Yang Nan who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Nubecitas FC's Sunday Morelos to fire away a dangerous shot which Poncio Abellan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Nubecitas FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lu Yang Nan in the 29th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Senatus Populus Que Roman's goal looked a bit too open when Hélder de Lara came free, but Poncio Abellan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mastur Bassi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Christodoulos Karabogias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. In the 41st minute Senatus Populus Que Roman were awarded a corner. Octave Soetemans went to the cornerflag to take it. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hélder de Lara to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Nubecitas FC's Fausto Roca got a free kick in the 55th minute. If Cheche Rubiero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 63 played minutes Nubecitas FC got a freekick which was hit by Federico Di Muzio. The throw-in from Di Yong Si in the 70th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Nubecitas FC's Txomin De la Rosa. When Mastur Bassi came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Senatus Populus Que Roman fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mastur Bassi couldn't finish the play. Senatus Populus Que Roman's Mattias Landstrøm was substituted for 麦霆枫. Nubecitas FC's Jordi Ferrari was substituted for Hélder de Lara. In the 85th match minute, Senatus Populus Que Roman was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mastur Bassi to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Jordi Ferrari's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Poncio Abellan was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. The Senatus Populus Que Roman fans cheered their team off the field, for while Nubecitas FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
