Gong Yong Nan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mastur Bassi in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Mastur Bassi notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Puerto de Sagunto CF's Gong Yong Nan. Gong Yong Nan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mastur Bassi couldn't finish the play. Puerto de Sagunto CF's Doroteo Astudillo was substituted for Florentino Checa. Poncio Abellan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Richmond Van Glabeeke in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matia Climent in the 70th minute of play forced Senatus Populus Que Roman's goalkeeper Poncio Abellan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 73 minutes into the match, Puerto de Sagunto CF's goal looked a bit too open when Mastur Bassi came free, but Gong Yong Nan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Senatus Populus Que Roman fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Poncio Abellan should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richmond Van Glabeeke in the 94th minute of play forced Senatus Populus Que Roman's goalkeeper Poncio Abellan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Senatus Populus Que Roman had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
