With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgard Dalmu in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jairo Castellano saved Club Getafe Deportivo from getting behind. In the 6th minute Club Getafe Deportivo were awarded a corner. Orlo Sarrate went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 9th minute Edgard Dalmu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jairo Castellano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Curcio Carballeira dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tuste Villanueva, 1-0. In the 18th minute of the game Anton Lopatnicu made a throw-in which Curcio Carballeira played forward. The supporters of Sant Bartolomeu FC booed when Club Getafe Deportivo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlo Sarrate didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 23 played minutes Sant Bartolomeu FC got a freekick which was hit by Argi Gomar. Tuste Villanueva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrico Del Bosque in the 24th minute of the match. Quique Etxeberria kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Curcio Carballeira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tuste Villanueva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Jairo Castellano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ildefonso Ted, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 31st minute, Club Getafe Deportivo's Curcio Carballeira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. With 34 minutes on the clock, Karadeniz Hidayet commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Jairo Castellano had in the 35thth minute some difficulties stopping Sylwester Terasek's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Jairo Castellano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sylwester Terasek in the 37th minute of the match. In the 41st match minute, Club Getafe Deportivo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Curcio Carballeira to maneuver through the defense. Club Getafe Deportivo's Jairo Castellano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgard Dalmu in the 43rd minute of play. Orlo Sarrate hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kayra Sağlık to make the kick off. Jairo Castellano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Ted, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xabat Dobale in the 65th minute of play forced Sant Bartolomeu FC's goalkeeper Tuste Villanueva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Quique Etxeberria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Jairo Castellano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Club Getafe Deportivo's Xulian Calvo was substituted for Orlo Sarrate. Tuste Villanueva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vlad Ţăranu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Club Getafe Deportivo's Vlad Ţăranu to fire away a dangerous shot which Tuste Villanueva despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sant Bartolomeu FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Club Getafe Deportivo.
