After a defensive mix-up in Torrup's zone, Herman Fredsbøl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laurids Fiskerby came out of the goal and Herman Fredsbøl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Herman Fredsbøl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Torrup's Svend Lilleskov got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcus Ryeshøy hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Alberth Rassov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Torrup's zone, Dick Haunstoft stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Laurids Fiskerby came out of the goal and Dick Haunstoft tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adam Frisov showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Svend Lilleskov in the 42nd minute of the match. After 44 minutes, Lasse Fugloy mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stenskrog SIK and the Torrup players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Stenskrog SIK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Dick Haunstoft managed to get in a good position for a shot. Stenskrog SIK's supporters rose to their feet, but Dick Haunstoft was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Laurids Fiskerby breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dick Haunstoft might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Laurids Fiskerby. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dick Haunstoft ran back to his position shaking his head. Laurids Fiskerby made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herman Fredsbøl in the 56th minute of play. Svend Lilleskov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Adam Frisov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alberth Rassovs short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Adam Frisov to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Alberth Rassov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Svend Lilleskov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 76th minute Svend Lilleskov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Frisov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Herman Fredsbøl came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Stenskrog SIK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Herman Fredsbøl couldn't finish the play. Stenskrog SIK's Dick Haunstoft got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Torrup walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
