Valder Odevahn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Åge Hasle in the 9th minute of play. Valter Aablad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bjørn Aalestrup, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Nicko Kappelskov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Valder Odevahn was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. The supporters of YNWA classic booed when FC Falkenberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Terkil Bødker didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicko Kappelskov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valder Odevahn having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicko Kappelskov in the 21st minute of play forced FC Falkenberg's goalkeeper Valder Odevahn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, FC Falkenberg's Terkil Bødker got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 41st minute, Ditlev Dønkjær got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC Falkenberg's zone, Nicko Kappelskov stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valder Odevahn came out of the goal and Nicko Kappelskov tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Klas Snerle to strike the kick off in the second half. YNWA classic's Valter Aablad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torleif Hestehauge in the 51st minute of play. Valter Aablad was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Bjørn Aalestrup showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 54 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicko Kappelskov in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valder Odevahn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 63rdth minute of the game Nicko Kappelskov who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Falkenberg's Valder Odevahn was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vilfred Bom's late challenge caught a YNWA classic's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vilfred Bom helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, FC Falkenberg's Vilfred Bom got a free kick in the 64th minute. A collision led to FC Falkenberg getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Sigurt Rousing hit a great ball. In the 68th minute, Amdi Talmer sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC Falkenberg's Valder Odevahn didn't even have to move. Torleif Hestehauge succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 72nd playminute. Valter Aablad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bjørn Aalestrup, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Ditlev Dønkjær received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Valder Odevahn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Ditlev Dønkjær got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With an all-out effort, FC Falkenberg's Valter Aablad threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Henrik Svarthamar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Nicko Kappelskov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle sounded FC Falkenberg left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than YNWA classic.
