Spectators: 8451 (Terracing: 6339, Seating: 1943, VIP seats: 169) After having played for 5 minutes, Franz Beckvard managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stones FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Franz Beckvard was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leo Arnholm was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Maurits Weinhardt. In the 14thth minute of the game Laust Kisling who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Stones FC's Leo Arnholm was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Olav Granø managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pheonix FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olav Granø was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leo Arnholm made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Olav Granø sent off a good shot on target. If Olav Granø had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute Laust Kisling shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leo Arnholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olav Granø recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Laust Kisling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Leo Arnholm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Laust Kisling made a kick off. After 52 played minutes Stones FC got a freekick which was hit by Berndt Alvarez. 53 minutes into the match, Pheonix FC's Olav Granø sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leo Arnholm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leo Arnholm stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Olav Granø's shot from short distance in the 56th minute. After 57 played minutes Stones FC got a freekick which was hit by Berndt Alvarez. 63 minutes into the match, Stones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Olav Granø came free, but Leo Arnholm reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laust Kisling in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leo Arnholm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leo Arnholm showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olav Granø, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. The audience was convinced that Laust Kisling's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leo Arnholm was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. In the 80th match minute, Stones FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Kirkholm to maneuver through the defense. Olav Granø received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Leo Arnholm tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Laust Kisling in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leo Arnholm saved Stones FC from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Laust Kisling in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Leo Arnholm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stones FC's Leo Arnholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olav Granø in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Olav Granø made a precise shot to the right of Leo Arnholm. Stones FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. There was no doubt that Pheonix FC were the better team. Pheonix FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
