The Kappelsborg SIK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, Svejlund ACs's goalkeeper Lennarth Skikkild had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kenney Myllerup. Ibrahim Erring took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Palsby, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Svejlund ACs getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Jasper Sigil hit a great ball. Henrik Blenner hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Jasper Sigil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ibrahim Erring having to interfere. After 35 minutes of play, Kappelsborg SIK's Svenaage Krogmar made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lennarth Skikkild was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee felt a red card was in order, 38 minutes into the game, when Klas Hamle put in a rough tackle. In the 38th minute, Klas Hamle hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Gustaf Hornstrøm made a precise shot to the right of Ibrahim Erring. Kappelsborg SIK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. After recieving a nice pass, Svejlund ACs's Rudy Jerlehag tried to score from far away in the 44th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Axel Palsby was the one to do the kick off. Axel Palsby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Ibrahim Erring tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jasper Sigil struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Ibrahim Erring didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Svejlund ACs. 55 minutes into the game, Henrik Blenner was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kappelsborg SIK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Svejlund ACs the free kick. Kappelsborg SIK's Ibrahim Erring played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jasper Sigil in the 57th minute of play. Ibrahim Erring made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Palsby in the 58th minute. After some careless play in the Svejlund ACs defense, Svenaage Krogmar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lennarth Skikkild. The Svejlund ACs fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lennarth Skikkild should have stopped the shot. Gunnar Oldengaard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lennarth Skikkild having to interfere. In the 72nd minute, Svenaage Krogmar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svenaage Krogmar in the 87th minute of play forced Svejlund ACs's goalkeeper Lennarth Skikkild to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Svenaage Krogmar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Lennarth Skikkild tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kappelsborg SIK's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
