After 8 minutes, Erik Horsum mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mågerne and the Dynamo Brabrand players grew even worse after the yellow card. Erik Horsum hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 9 minutes into the match, Mågerne's goalkeeper Christopher Korting had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Walentin Lannild. Christopher Korting showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Hegnsbøl, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Hegnsbøl in the 15th minute of play forced Mågerne's goalkeeper Christopher Korting to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the game, Reinhard Imdrup was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mågerne's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dynamo Brabrand the free kick. In the 15th minute, Reinhard Imdrup hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Walentin Lannild got free with Christopher Korting in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 22nd minute Owe Bernig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vagnar Tholsted saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Dynamo Brabrand's Henrik Hegnsbøl sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christopher Korting narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 26 minutes into the game, Henrik Hegnsbøl cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Christopher Korting was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 29th match minute, Dynamo Brabrand was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nichlas Olden to maneuver through the defense. Walentin Lannild who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 31stth minute tested the skills of Christopher Korting when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nichlas Olden in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christopher Korting prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Walentin Lannild came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Christopher Korting could save by the left post. A hard shot 36 in the game by Walentin Lannild from a close distance when the talented Christopher Korting managed to make a qualified save. Mågerne's players were relieved. After 37 played minutes Mågerne got a freekick which was hit by Werner Hvejsel. The audience thought a goal was coming when Walentin Lannild got free with Christopher Korting in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Walentin Lannild could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Christopher Korting made a huge save. With a little luck, Mågerne's Christopher Korting got control of the ball when Walentin Lannild tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Hegnsbøl in the 44th minute of play forced Mågerne's goalkeeper Christopher Korting to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mågerne's Christopher Korting played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Hegnsbøl in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walentin Lannild in the 74th minute of play forced Mågerne's goalkeeper Christopher Korting to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Owe Bernig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Dynamo Brabrand getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Lucas Sandgreen hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walentin Lannild in the 89th minute of play forced Mågerne's goalkeeper Christopher Korting to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walentin Lannild scored 3-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Christopher Korting, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 93 minutes into the game, Dynamo Brabrand's Lucas Sandgreen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christopher Korting made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Dynamo Brabrand fans cheered their team off the field, for while Mågerne had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
