In the 10th minute of the match, Dan Vøge tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Elias Cidlik saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 11 minutes into the game, Ronnie Spanger recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Elias Cidlik. Ronnie Spanger showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Nem FC were furious when Ingvar Ryander was red carded, 15 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. When the match had been going on for 17 minutes, FC Hyklerne's Torkild Skovhave got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Elias Cidlik. Elias Cidlik made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ronnie Spanger in the 22nd minute. After some careless play in the Nem FC defense, Patrick Vyk kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Elias Cidlik. The Nem FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Elias Cidlik should have stopped the shot. Nem FC's Tue Hyllerslev managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Oliver Strømsborg in the 32 minute of the game. 33 minutes into the match, Bo Dogel notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Nem FC's Elias Cidlik. Elias Cidlik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of FC Hyklerne booed when Nem FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Keld Byrman didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 38th minute, FC Hyklerne's Dan Vøge ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Elias Cidlik. Elias Cidlik yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 6-0. Nem FC's Elias Cidlik proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Nem FC from getting a goal against them. In the 44th minute, Ronnie Spanger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Hyklerne fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.

After 64 played minutes Nem FC got a freekick which was hit by Tue Hyllerslev. In the 65thth minute of the game Bo Dogel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nem FC's Elias Cidlik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Nem FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ronnie Spanger came free, but Elias Cidlik reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dan Vøge's late challenge caught a Nem FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dan Vøge helped the player get up and apologised. Dan Vøge hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Elias Cidlik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bo Dogel in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronnie Spanger in the 93rd minute of play forced Nem FC's goalkeeper Elias Cidlik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Dan Vøge had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elias Cidlik. Nem FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dan Vøge was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-1. FC Hyklerne walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
