Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Victory F.C.'s Wes Benbow started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Einar Weise in the 3rd minute of play forced Kirkeby's goalkeeper Rudi Nørrebæk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Kirkeby getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Adam Segel hit a great ball. In the 5th minute, Kurd Thiemer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Victory F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The supporters of Kirkeby booed when Victory F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boleslaw Czerniak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victory F.C.'s Kurd Thiemer got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kirkeby's Rudi Nørrebæk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Einar Weise in the 14th minute of play. Wes Benbow struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Rudi Nørrebæk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Victory F.C.. After 18 played minutes Kirkeby got a freekick which was hit by Sivart Lossov. 20 minutes into the game, Victory F.C.'s Kurd Thiemer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rudi Nørrebæk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 25th minute Wes Benbow suffered a knee injury and had to be helped off the field. Eddy Aackerblom charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eddy Aackerblom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th minute, Kurd Thiemer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Kurd Thiemer notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Kirkeby's Rudi Nørrebæk. Rudi Nørrebæk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 0-4 became the score in the 33rd minute when Kurd Thiemer elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Claus Skoubo made a precise shot to the right of Rudi Nørrebæk. Kirkeby's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. In the 41st minute, Kurd Thiemer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rudi Nørrebæk was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Rudi Nørrebæk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Einar Weise went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. In the 47th minute Kurd Thiemer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rudi Nørrebæk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-7 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rubert Sverker was the one to do the kick off. 50 minutes into the match, Victory F.C.'s Kurd Thiemer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rudi Nørrebæk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 52 minutes into the match, Kirkeby's goalkeeper Rudi Nørrebæk had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claus Skoubo. If Claus Skoubo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rudi Nørrebæk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Theis Erfurth, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Claus Skoubo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Frank Majkilde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Sivart Lossov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rudi Nørrebæk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Einar Weise, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Kirkeby's Rudi Nørrebæk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kurd Thiemer in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd minute, Victory F.C.'s Einar Weise ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rudi Nørrebæk. Rudi Nørrebæk yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Victory F.C.'s Asmind Wrensted was substituted for Einar Weise. Rudi Nørrebæk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asmind Wrensted, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute, Victory F.C.'s Claus Skoubo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rudi Nørrebæk. Rudi Nørrebæk yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. Frank Majkilde recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Victory F.C. played a much better game than Kirkeby and deserved their victory. The Kirkeby players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
