Benny Valfos hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Warriors of Skandia's Teodosio Benvide got control of the ball when Birger Strømvad tried to sneak it across the goal line. Teodosio Benvide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinand Rosenvad in the 11th minute of play. In the 13th minute of the match Egernføde Boldklub got a corner. Warriors of Skandia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bjørn Martensen ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 14th minute of the match, Ferdinand Rosenvad tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Teodosio Benvide saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Warriors of Skandia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bjørn Martensen was slow to take the kick. During this time Egernføde Boldklub's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Bjørn Martensen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Warriors of Skandia's Teodosio Benvide did a great save. Egernføde Boldklub's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Bjørn Martensen in the 20th minute. Egernføde Boldklub's Birger Strømvad was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Teodosio Benvide in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Teodosio Benvide made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ferdinand Rosenvad in the 22nd minute. Teodosio Benvide made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Birger Strømvad sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th minute Gerhard Riffensdal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilfred Degener saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Birger Strømvad to make the kick off. Teodosio Benvide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Birger Strømvad in the 53rd minute of the match. Thøger Deltorp hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Teodosio Benvide came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Egernføde Boldklub's Ferdinand Rosenvad. But to his dismay, Ferdinand Rosenvad quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Egernføde Boldklub made a substitution. Steen Bjørnsted replaced Walentin Julskov. In the 61st minute, Ferdinand Rosenvad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 70th minute, Josef Skottfelt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Warriors of Skandia defense, Ferdinand Rosenvad kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teodosio Benvide. The Warriors of Skandia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teodosio Benvide should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Warriors of Skandia's zone, Ferdinand Rosenvad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teodosio Benvide came out of the goal and Ferdinand Rosenvad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodosio Benvide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Birger Strømvad, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute Birger Strømvad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodosio Benvide saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferdinand Rosenvad recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Warriors of Skandia's goalkeeper Teodosio Benvide, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 90 minutes into the game, Ferdinand Rosenvad cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Teodosio Benvide was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Egernføde Boldklub's Birger Strømvad got a free kick in the 93rd minute. If Ferdinand Rosenvad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egernføde Boldklub's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
