Fc Santana's supporters rose to their feet, but Achim Bussler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ilja Sieg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. But to his dismay, Jeff Arielsen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. If Jeff Arielsen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Ari Raichner notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Croatia United's Ilja Sieg. Ilja Sieg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Fc Santana's Achim Bussler got a free kick in the 41st minute. When Jeff Arielsen came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Fc Santana fans jumped to their feet. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hellmut Brill stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Timm Thielmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maik Titz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Timm Thielmann in the 62nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Jeff Arielsen put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Ilja Sieg. Jeff Arielsen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ilja Sieg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Fc Santana's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
