Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Abi Ungerechts got the match started through his kick off. Stefano Henrich hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Polonia Neu-Ulm's Ryan Germann got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Fabian Schumacher managed to get in a good position for a shot. Polonia Neu-Ulm's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabian Schumacher was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hossam Groeters breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Werner Schäuble received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Stephan Dabrock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Polonia Neu-Ulm's zone, Werner Schäuble stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stephan Dabrock came out of the goal and Werner Schäuble tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 22nd match minute, Polonia Neu-Ulm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucas Rocks to maneuver through the defense. When Kai Arbogast fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Witterda FC's protests and gave Kai Arbogast a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Witterda FC's Kai Arbogast got a free kick in the 26th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stefano Henrich in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hossam Groeters prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 34 minutes into the match, Werner Schäuble dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Stephan Dabrock, 1-0. When Abi Ungerechts came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Witterda FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abi Ungerechts couldn't finish the play. Stephan Dabrock showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Werner Schäuble, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. If Abi Ungerechts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

54 minutes into the game, Witterda FC's Abi Ungerechts nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stephan Dabrock made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. If Abi Ungerechts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 58th minute, Stefano Henrich hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Werner Schäuble recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 66th minute, Kai Arbogast made a precise shot to the right of Stephan Dabrock. Polonia Neu-Ulm's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 70th minute, Abi Ungerechts got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Abi Ungerechts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the game, Kai Arbogast cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Stephan Dabrock was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Stephan Dabrock took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abi Ungerechts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Werner Schäuble managed to get in a good position for a shot. Witterda FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Werner Schäuble was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stephan Dabrock breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 85 played minutes Polonia Neu-Ulm got a freekick which was hit by Holger Brachvogel. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Witterda FC fully deserved thier win.
