The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Heini Plath to strike the kick off in the second half. Paulino Aznar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Heini Plath in the 52nd minute of play. KSV Krusenbusch's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Heini Plath was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0.
