SV Rotthausen 1912's Laurențiu Ignea was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Anastasio Santo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Ernst Thielmann's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Anastasio Santo was relentless in the 9th minute of the game. Ernst Thielmann took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anastasio Santo. Anastasio Santo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernst Thielmann in the 23rd minute of play forced Trabzonspor's goalkeeper Anastasio Santo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute Ernst Thielmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anastasio Santo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, SV Rotthausen 1912's Szymon Puszynski got control of the ball when Joachim Sahr tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 27 minutes, Ernst Thielmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SV Rotthausen 1912's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ernst Thielmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had been going on for 39 minutes Laurențiu Ignea shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Anastasio Santo when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. Ernst Thielmann recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Raimund Taxis to strike the kick off in the second half. A throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game was made by Primitivo Orlandus with Curtis Ohrem as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. With an all-out effort, SV Rotthausen 1912's Anastasio Santo threw himself towards the right post 56 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ernst Thielmann, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Anastasio Santo made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Rahib Şamilov sent off a good shot on target. Rahib Şamilovs short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Anastasio Santo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 59 minutes in the game Primitivo Orlandus did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Raimund Taxis. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Curtis Ohrem in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Szymon Puszynski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 63 minutes, Curtis Ohrem made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. SV Rotthausen 1912's Szymon Puszynski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Raimund Taxis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Szymon Puszynski having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Trabzonspor's goal looked a bit too open when Ernst Thielmann came free, but Anastasio Santo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With an all-out effort, SV Rotthausen 1912's Anastasio Santo threw himself towards the right post 76 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ernst Thielmann, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The corner led to SV Rotthausen 1912's Harbans Toor getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Ernst Thielmann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anastasio Santo having to interfere. When Ernst Thielmann came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the SV Rotthausen 1912 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernst Thielmann couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernst Thielmann in the 91st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anastasio Santo saved Trabzonspor from getting behind. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Anastasio Santo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. SV Rotthausen 1912's Ernst Thielmann got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ernst Thielmann sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the final whistle sounded SV Rotthausen 1912 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Trabzonspor.
