FC Moas's Kristóf Mester played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrej Voronin in the 14th minute of play. Pierre-Alexandre Helsens was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 15th minute. FC Moas's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 19th minute, Bülent Ruge left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SV Klingsmoos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Eike Schachten struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Berthold Bach didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Moas. Jiang Ping fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Berthold Bach having to interfere. Carsten Balke made in the 32nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by SV Klingsmoos's Tsuneo Seubert. Andrej Voronin might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kristóf Mester. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Andrej Voronin ran back to his position shaking his head. 33 minutes into the match, FC Moas's goal looked a bit too open when Andrej Voronin came free, but Kristóf Mester reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute, Andrej Voronin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristóf Mester was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Kristóf Mester came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by SV Klingsmoos's Andrej Voronin. But to his dismay, Andrej Voronin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Bülent Ruge got in the 43rd a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Kristóf Mester handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Andrej Voronin to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrej Voronin in the 53rd minute of play forced FC Moas's goalkeeper Kristóf Mester to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Berthold Bleich fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristóf Mester having to interfere. A throw-in in the 55th minute of the game was made by Carsten Balke with Alfonso Mozzoni as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 61st minute, Andrej Voronin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristóf Mester was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Andrej Voronin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kristóf Mester having to make a save. Kristóf Mester made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andrej Voronin in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute Carlo Piattelli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Berthold Bach saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SV Klingsmoos's Berthold Bach played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jiang Ping in the 68th minute of play. Kristóf Mester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrej Voronin, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrej Voronin in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kristóf Mester prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andrej Voronin spun around in front of the goal 78 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of FC Moas's goal. Kristóf Mester showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrej Voronin, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 85th minute of the match, Andrej Voronin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Kristóf Mester saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Andrej Voronin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Kristóf Mester made a huge save. Kristóf Mester made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrej Voronin in the 90th minute of play.
