Șerban Fundătoreanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kostas Kourtis in the 4th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Guido Burgstaller in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Harro Meier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Șerban Fundătoreanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Chitoran in the 9th minute of play. Silvio Honesto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. YugiPeeK ✈'s Harro Meier played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darius Minge in the 12th minute of play. Șerban Fundătoreanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kostas Kourtis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Möhnsen FC's Șerban Fundătoreanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kostas Kourtis in the 16th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Möhnsen FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ralf Allgöwer came free, but Șerban Fundătoreanu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kostas Kourtis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Șerban Fundătoreanu having to interfere. In the 22nd minute Darius Minge shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harro Meier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Harro Meier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Béla Strothmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute of the match Möhnsen FC got a corner. YugiPeeK ✈'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luis Bartels ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Möhnsen FC's corner Béla Strothmann fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Harro Meier quite easily take care of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Romeo Chitoran in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Șerban Fundătoreanu saved Möhnsen FC from getting behind. In the 34th minute, Ralf Allgöwer got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Burgstaller got free with Harro Meier in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 43rd match minute, YugiPeeK ✈ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erling Ballas to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Möhnsen FC's zone, Kostas Kourtis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Șerban Fundătoreanu came out of the goal and Kostas Kourtis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Möhnsen FC defense, Romeo Chitoran kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Șerban Fundătoreanu. The Möhnsen FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Șerban Fundătoreanu should have stopped the shot.
After having played for 52 minutes, Bernd Beike managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. YugiPeeK ✈'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernd Beike was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 57 minutes into the match, YugiPeeK ✈'s goal looked a bit too open when Guido Burgstaller came free, but Harro Meier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th match minute, Möhnsen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darius Minge to maneuver through the defense. Șerban Fundătoreanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernd Beike in the 59th minute of play. Möhnsen FC were furious when Holger Badstuber was red carded, 64 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 64th minute, one of Möhnsen FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Möhnsen FC. Șerban Fundătoreanu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kostas Kourtis's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. In the 75th minute, Costică Juverdeanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Șerban Fundătoreanu was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Ralf Allgöwer. Harro Meier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darius Minge, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 81st minute YugiPeeK ✈ were awarded a corner. Ralf Allgöwer went to the cornerflag to take it. The Möhnsen FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching YugiPeeK ✈'s performance. The match ended with a win for YugiPeeK ✈.
