In the 13th match minute, VfL Bad Nenndorf was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonatan Lekberg to maneuver through the defense. After 17 played minutes VfL Bad Nenndorf got a freekick which was hit by Baptist Haas. VfL Bad Nenndorf's Christopher Reimann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save VfL Bad Nenndorf from getting a goal against them. Martin Theodore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Róbert Štriker in the 20th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Róbert Štriker ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martin Theodore was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a little luck, VfL Bad Nenndorf's Christopher Reimann got control of the ball when Artur Bachor tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artur Bachor got free with Christopher Reimann in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Artur Bachor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christopher Reimann having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, KIEZKICKER's goal looked a bit too open when Themis Papadimoulis came free, but Martin Theodore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christopher Reimann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavel Boboc in the 42nd minute of the match. After the first half VfL Bad Nenndorf were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Themis Papadimoulis to make the kick off. Christopher Reimann didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Artur Bachor went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. When KIEZKICKER's Artur Bachor in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Baptist Haas managed to get in a good position for a shot. VfL Bad Nenndorf's supporters rose to their feet, but Baptist Haas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martin Theodore breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th minute of the game Bolo Breitlinger made a throw-in which Baptist Haas played forward. After 87 played minutes KIEZKICKER got a freekick which was hit by Roberto Carlos. Martin Theodore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zsolt Székely, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gigel Elenescu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christopher Reimann having to make a save. KIEZKICKER succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though VfL Bad Nenndorf had controlled the match.
