Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Petr Komárek kicked off to start the match. After 2 played minutes Medvedi got a freekick which was hit by Aleš Svatek. Petr Komárek might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vlastimil Šíma. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Petr Komárek ran back to his position shaking his head. After 10 played minutes Medvedi got a freekick which was hit by Aleš Svatek. Aleš Svatek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Leonid Hejl charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Leonid Hejl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 19 minutes into the match, Medvedi's goalkeeper Vlastimil Šíma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Václav Tatíček. A collision led to Medvedi getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Radek Kincl hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Aleš Svatek had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Simon Herzog. Deniz's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aleš Svatek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Rudolf Bučkos short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Vlastimil Šíma to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a rather tough play, Medvedi's Josef Schejbal got a free kick in the 35th minute. Jan Šperl charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan Šperl the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jan Šperl hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Petr Komárek struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Vlastimil Šíma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deniz. Medvedi's Vlastimil Šíma proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Medvedi from getting a goal against them. Petr Komárek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 49th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aleš Svatek stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Medvedi's Leonid Hejl got a free kick in the 61st minute. Simon Herzog made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Leonid Hejl sent off a good shot on target. Jan Šperl kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. If Petr Komárek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Petr Komárek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vlastimil Šíma was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Medvedi's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ctirad Kunt was slow to take the kick. During this time Deniz's players had a chance to rest. Ctirad Kunt made a great header on Deniz's corner, it was just that Medvedi's Vlastimil Šíma managed to reach the ball for a save. Vlastimil Šíma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Petr Komárek, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 94th minute, Václav Tatíček made a precise shot to the right of Vlastimil Šíma. Medvedi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After 97 played minutes Medvedi got a freekick which was hit by Vojtěch Kajzar. Medvedi's Vlastimil Šíma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petr Komárek in the 98th minute of play.
