Jiří Komínek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Walery Czech, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Otta Kotrba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jordão Rego, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute Tottenham Hotspur FC were awarded a corner. Karol Gajewski went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Karol Gajewski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Otta Kotrba quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Elliot Lind might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jiří Komínek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elliot Lind ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 24th minute, František Bártl reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jiří Komínek. The goal made the score 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hadi Baler during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th minute, Hadi Baler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th minute, Elliot Lind made a precise shot to the right of Jiří Komínek. Tottenham Hotspur FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After 32 played minutes AC Masetschin got a freekick which was hit by Václav Blatný. If Marcos Gaitan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jiří Komínek was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Walery Czech capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Walery Czech really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. 42 minutes into the game, Elliot Lind cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Jiří Komínek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Walery Czech managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Masetschin's supporters rose to their feet, but Walery Czech was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jiří Komínek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Elliot Lind to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Marcos Gaitan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. AC Masetschin's Otta Kotrba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save AC Masetschin from getting a goal against them. Jiří Komínek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Walery Czech's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. After 61 minutes, Walery Czech made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. Tottenham Hotspur FC's Jiří Komínek tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 69th minute Marcos Gaitan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Otta Kotrba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 70th minute Tottenham Hotspur FC were awarded a corner. Karol Gajewski went to the cornerflag to take it. Tottenham Hotspur FC's Karol Gajewski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Otta Kotrba in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Simon Vancl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Otta Kotrba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, AC Masetschin's Otta Kotrba got control of the ball when Hadi Baler tried to sneak it across the goal line. A well-hit corner resulted in Luboš Smýkal heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. AC Masetschin's František Bártl got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ladislav Strakoš sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Ladislav Strakoš hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Otta Kotrba managed to avoid a goal in the 95thth minute, when Tottenham Hotspur FC's Marcos Gaitan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
