Rahman Rüşti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Vidman having to interfere. After 29 minutes, Steve Strickler mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Delémont EC and the Dynamo Kanti players grew even worse after the yellow card. Steve Strickler kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Carl Vidman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rahman Rüşti's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Rahman Rüşti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Carl Vidman made a huge save. If Detlev Zufferey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Rahman Rüşti notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Dynamo Kanti's Carl Vidman. Carl Vidman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rahman Rüşti to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Rahman Rüşti's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carl Vidman was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. After 70 minutes, Rahman Rüşti made it 2-4 with a short kick to the right side. Dynamo Kanti's Carl Vidman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcel Schenker made an important save on a dangerous shot by Steve Kuhn in the 79th minute.
