Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 3rd match minute, Monkey Gang was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesaja Mazuret to maneuver through the defense. Lenny Grossenbacher fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alonzo Hellmüller having to interfere. 6 minutes into the match, Monkey Gang's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimir Felber came free, but Alonzo Hellmüller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Monkey Gang's Pietro Zoller slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Roger Gerig. That made the score 1-0 after 10 minutes of play. Vladimir Felber received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Alonzo Hellmüller tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alonzo Hellmüller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lenny Grossenbacher in the 22nd minute of the match. Rod Engele kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Pietro Zoller could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Roger Gerig made a huge save. With a little luck, Ringgenberg's Roger Gerig got control of the ball when Pietro Zoller tried to sneak it across the goal line. Roger Gerig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laurenzo Lischer in the 28th minute of play. Alonzo Hellmüller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lenny Grossenbacher in the 30th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Laurenzo Lischer managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monkey Gang's supporters rose to their feet, but Laurenzo Lischer was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roger Gerig breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 38th minute Vladimir Felber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alonzo Hellmüller saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 40 minutes, Vladimir Felber managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ringgenberg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vladimir Felber was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Roger Gerig successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Pietro Zoller struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Roger Gerig didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monkey Gang. Vladimir Felber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lenny Grossenbacher to strike the kick off in the second half. Roger Gerig didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Laurenzo Lischer went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 58th minute, Niels Schär got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vladimir Felber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Roger Gerig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pietro Zoller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lenny Grossenbacher in the 67th minute of play forced Monkey Gang's goalkeeper Alonzo Hellmüller to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ringgenberg's goalkeeper Roger Gerig, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Roger Gerig came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Monkey Gang's Pietro Zoller. But to his dismay, Pietro Zoller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pietro Zoller in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roger Gerig saved Ringgenberg from getting behind. If Laurenzo Lischer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the match, Ringgenberg's goal looked a bit too open when Pietro Zoller came free, but Roger Gerig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Ringgenberg booed when Monkey Gang was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raphael Sidler didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Vladimir Felber had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the match, Ringgenberg's goal looked a bit too open when Laurenzo Lischer came free, but Roger Gerig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lenny Grossenbacher in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alonzo Hellmüller prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Laurenzo Lischer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roger Gerig having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Ringgenberg players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Monkey Gang.
