FC Vatikan booed when Karakartal JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wigand Büchel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Baldo Wollstadt recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Artur Walter. Baldo Wollstadt showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. With a little luck, Karakartal JK's Artur Walter got control of the ball when John Schenker tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Karakartal JK getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Denis Gerber hit a great ball. Artur Walter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldo Wollstadt, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Patrick Bregenzer hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Karakartal JK's Artur Walter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Bregenzer in the 22nd minute of play. The supporters of 1. FC Vatikan booed when Karakartal JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Louis Gätter didn't get a good kick on the ball. If John Schenker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Artur Walter was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arnaud Loiacono could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Artur Walter made a huge save. After 39 minutes of play, 1. FC Vatikan's John Schenker made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artur Walter was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Patrick Bregenzer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when John Schenker made the kick off in the second half. John Schenker sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 63 minutes into the match, Ronny Courtemanche notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Karakartal JK's Artur Walter. Artur Walter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Artur Walter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from John Schenker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Baldo Wollstadt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. Artur Walter was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 75 minutes into the game, Baldo Wollstadt cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Artur Walter was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leonello Henseler made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fabrizio Fridli in the 83rd minute. After 87 minutes of play, 1. FC Vatikan's John Schenker made it 11-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Artur Walter was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arnaud Loiacono received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Artur Walter tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling John Schenker in the 97th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Artur Walter prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There was no doubt that 1. FC Vatikan were the better team. 1. FC Vatikan's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
