After having played for 17 minutes, Marc Fuhrer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yggdrasil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marc Fuhrer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristobal Colloriti hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Imperial Soldiers's Jacques Bouchard got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute of the match Elari Veide shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ivan Emmenegger showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Noah Barbey kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Michael Huizinga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jasper Duplanty in the 29th minute of the match. Louis Joho hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Ivan Emmenegger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noah Barbey in the 37th minute of play. After 38 minutes Imperial Soldiers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Elari Veide who took care of the corner kick. Artur Lucciotti kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. The Imperial Soldiers players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Yggdrasil were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Jasper Duplanty made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Imperial Soldiers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dimitrij Biermann to maneuver through the defense. Ivan Emmenegger was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Elari Veide. Jasper Duplanty fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michael Huizinga having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Frankie Besse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jasper Duplanty struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Michael Huizinga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Imperial Soldiers. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frankie Besse in the 65th minute of play forced Yggdrasil's goalkeeper Michael Huizinga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 68 minutes, Noah Barbey took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Ivan Emmenegger to make any attempt to save it. In the 74th minute Jasper Duplanty shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michael Huizinga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Imperial Soldiers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jokim Muscio in the 75th minute. Jasper Duplanty made a great header on Imperial Soldiers's corner, it was just that Yggdrasil's Michael Huizinga managed to reach the ball for a save. Michael Huizinga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Frankie Besse's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Ivan Emmenegger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noah Barbey in the 78th minute of the match. Dimitrij Biermann hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Although Imperial Soldiers had been in control for most of the match, Yggdrasil still came away with the win.
