Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Scott Herz kicked off to start the match. In the 10th minute, Aurelius Colantoni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alex Petrova who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Arnaldo Walthert when he managed to save the team from getting behind. RealBJK's Frederic Van Der Heijden played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Saenger in the 14th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex Petrova in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arnaldo Walthert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 17 played minutes RealBJK got a freekick which was hit by Jack Bosshard. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alex Petrova in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arnaldo Walthert saved Hemmersbacher SV from getting behind. RealBJK's Alain Strobel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arnaldo Walthert in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. A collision led to Hemmersbacher SV getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Igor Schwegler hit a great ball. 31 minutes into the match, Hemmersbacher SV's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Petrova came free, but Arnaldo Walthert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Scott Herz in the 37th minute of play forced RealBJK's goalkeeper Frederic Van Der Heijden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fréderic Brun took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frederic Van Der Heijden. Frederic Van Der Heijden dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alex Petrova to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Saenger in the 51st minute of play forced RealBJK's goalkeeper Frederic Van Der Heijden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hemmersbacher SV were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after RealBJK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Scott Herz took the corner. 62 minutes into the match, RealBJK's goalkeeper Frederic Van Der Heijden had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fréderic Brun. Frederic Van Der Heijden stood somewhat misplaced when Scott Herz came free in front of goal and shot 0-4 to the left of him in the 62 minute. Frederic Van Der Heijden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Scott Herz in the 67th minute of play. After a rather tough play, RealBJK's Hasso Lapierre got a free kick in the 69th minute. Hemmersbacher SV made a substitution. Warren Hunn replaced Germain Zwyssig. In the 70th minute, Hasso Lapierre hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 74th minute Alex Petrova shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arnaldo Walthert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luca Saenger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Frederic Van Der Heijden made a huge save. After 76 minutes RealBJK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Scott Herz who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Hemmersbacher SV's Scott Herz to fire away a dangerous shot which Frederic Van Der Heijden despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, RealBJK's goalkeeper Frederic Van Der Heijden had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Scott Herz. Frederic Van Der Heijden made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Scott Herz in the 84th minute of play.
