Hugo Wennersten had great luck who in the 22ndth minute grab hold of the ball when Harry Bähr from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Fc Tuggen's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fritz Bäck in the 23rd minute. Fc Tuggen's Harry Bähr was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Hugo Wennersten in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Fc Tuggen's Ronny Miani got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Eichenwies's Hugo Wennersten proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save FC Eichenwies from getting a goal against them. After 33 played minutes FC Eichenwies got a freekick which was hit by Steffen Cristallini. In the 39th minute, Fc Tuggen's Serenus Kaiser ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Hugo Wennersten. Hugo Wennersten yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A collision led to FC Eichenwies getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Oliver Rösli hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the match, FC Eichenwies's goal looked a bit too open when Harry Bähr came free, but Hugo Wennersten reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastien Krause got free with Hugo Wennersten in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hugo Wennersten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Bähr, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 69th minute Ronny Miani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Wennersten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harry Bähr in the 72nd minute of play forced FC Eichenwies's goalkeeper Hugo Wennersten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the game, Fc Tuggen's Harry Bähr nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hugo Wennersten made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Gus Tanner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
