After a defensive mix-up in THE ROKERY PIMKIS's zone, Özcan Balcik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kiran Tomasini came out of the goal and Özcan Balcik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 5 minutes had been played when some careless play by THE ROKERY PIMKIS's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zachary Pionek was slow to take the kick. During this time Uetendorf Wanderers's players had a chance to rest. 7 minutes into the match, THE ROKERY PIMKIS's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Rutsch came free, but Kiran Tomasini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kiran Tomasini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Rutsch in the 9th minute of play. David Aberle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Mino, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özcan Balcik in the 13th minute of play forced THE ROKERY PIMKIS's goalkeeper Kiran Tomasini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rolf Van de kauter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. David Aberle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Özcan Balcik received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Kiran Tomasini came out and tried to block the shot, but Özcan Balcik slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 21st minute. 27 minutes in the game, Martin Rutsch fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Kiran Tomasini having to interfere. Kiran Tomasini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martin Rutsch, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. David Aberle showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jorge Luna, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martin Rutsch made a kick off. Kiran Tomasini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Rutsch in the 51st minute of play. Özcan Balcik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Kiran Tomasini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Rutsch in the 58th minute of play. Kiran Tomasini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Rutsch in the 67th minute of the match. In the 70th minute of the match Uetendorf Wanderers got a corner. THE ROKERY PIMKIS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zachary Pionek ran over to the corner to take the kick. Alon LeBatelier made a great header on Uetendorf Wanderers's corner, it was just that THE ROKERY PIMKIS's Kiran Tomasini managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 72nd minute Martin Rutsch shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kiran Tomasini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martin Rutsch hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match.
