Boudewijn Van Den Broeck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alain Hosselaer having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Jannes Van Aerschot put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Conrad Vranckx. After 24 played minutes Mazenhoven got a freekick which was hit by Boudewijn Van Den Broeck. After a rather tough play, Royal Entente Durbuy's Maarten Verheijt got a free kick in the 33rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jannes Van Aerschot in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Conrad Vranckx saved Mazenhoven from getting behind. Conrad Vranckx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaques Cockaerts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Conrad Vranckx made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. There was no doubt that Royal Entente Durbuy were the better team. Royal Entente Durbuy's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
