Seating: 1757, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Stef De Jonghe made the kick off which started today's match. Jannes Delamenin was out of position in the 5 minute of play, and Gerard Roockeloos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gerard Roockeloos really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Chris-George Jaddon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Van der Roost in the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Joos Vandommele hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jannes Delamenin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stef De Jonghe in the 13th minute of the match. The supporters of FC Axel booed when KVC Berchem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emile Isemborgh didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chris-George Jaddon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matias Van der Roost in the 19th minute of the match. If Will Wyfliets had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the match, FC Axel's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Van der Roost came free, but Chris-George Jaddon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, KVC Berchem's goalkeeper Jannes Delamenin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerard Roockeloos. Tuur Hally scored 1-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chris-George Jaddon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC Axel's Chris-George Jaddon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emile Isemborgh in the 35th minute of play. Tuur Hally scored 1-2 in the 36th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chris-George Jaddon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. KVC Berchem's Jannes Delamenin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save KVC Berchem from getting a goal against them. FC Axel's Chris-George Jaddon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emile Isemborgh in the 42nd minute of play. Chris-George Jaddon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matias Van der Roost, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 43 minutes into the game, Joos Vandommele was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Axel's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave KVC Berchem the free kick. In the 44th match minute, FC Axel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joos Vandommele to maneuver through the defense. Chris-George Jaddon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuur Hally in the 47th minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
FC Axel's Chris-George Jaddon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save FC Axel from getting a goal against them. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matias Van der Roost got free with Chris-George Jaddon in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tuur Hally in the 55th minute of play forced FC Axel's goalkeeper Chris-George Jaddon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Axel's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tuur Hally 58 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. 61 minutes into the match, Matias Van der Roost notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of FC Axel's Chris-George Jaddon. Chris-George Jaddon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Chris-George Jaddon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuur Hally in the 65th minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, FC Axel's goal looked a bit too open when Tuur Hally came free, but Chris-George Jaddon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, KVC Berchem's goal looked a bit too open when Gerard Roockeloos came free, but Jannes Delamenin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jannes Delamenin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stef De Jonghe in the 71st minute of play. When Adolf Klaes fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Axel's protests and gave Adolf Klaes a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in FC Axel's zone, Tuur Hally stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chris-George Jaddon came out of the goal and Tuur Hally tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chris-George Jaddon made a fantastic save in the 75th minute, when Matias Van der Roost sent off a good shot on target. When Benjamin Rijniers fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored KVC Berchem's protests and gave Benjamin Rijniers a yellow card for diving instead. Ramon De Strijcker might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jannes Delamenin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ramon De Strijcker ran back to his position shaking his head. After 77 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for KVC Berchem! In the 80th minute there was a penalty for FC Axel. Ramon De Strijcker stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jannes Delamenin. 2-4. Chris-George Jaddon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matias Van der Roost in the 84th minute. KVC Berchem's Jannes Delamenin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolf Klaes in the 89th minute of play. Gerard Roockeloos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jannes Delamenin having to interfere. Matias Van der Roost received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Chris-George Jaddon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matias Van der Roost's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Chris-George Jaddon firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 96th minute, Matias Van der Roost ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chris-George Jaddon was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5.
