Christof Van Den Driessche showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Bart van Hollebecke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karel-Jan Ronsman, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Bart van Hollebecke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christopher De Jaeger in the 42nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Franse Kunstenaars defense, Roger Depauw kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bart van Hollebecke. The Franse Kunstenaars fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bart van Hollebecke should have stopped the shot.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roger Depauw made a kick off. Roger Depauw could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Bart van Hollebecke made a huge save. Roger Depauws short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Bart van Hollebecke to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The crowd rose to their feet as Theo De Meur kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bart van Hollebecke. That made the score 1-3 in the 58 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Franse Kunstenaars's Olivier Van Geertruyen got a free kick in the 61st minute. Roger Depauw received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Bart van Hollebecke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bart van Hollebecke didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christopher De Jaeger went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. In the 81stth minute of the game Roger Depauw who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Franse Kunstenaars's Bart van Hollebecke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 82nd minute, Karel-Jan Ronsman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 85 played minutes Franse Kunstenaars got a freekick which was hit by Bass Van Eeckhout. Emiel Lefevere struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Bart van Hollebecke didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pervijze. 88 minutes into the match, Roger Depauw notched a goal, 1-6, to the right of Franse Kunstenaars's Bart van Hollebecke. Bart van Hollebecke was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
