In the 7th minute Rafael Salms shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven Koninckx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sven Koninckx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kurt Vrancx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sven Koninckx showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Salms in the 9th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 10 minutes, Brent Bernaerts put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Sven Koninckx. Yanniek Lissens blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sven Koninckx having to make a save. 17 minutes into the match, Brent Bernaerts had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sven Koninckx. Huppelende Begijntjes FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brent Bernaerts was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 23 minutes of play, De Salonsupporters's Yanniek Lissens made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sven Koninckx was left in no man's land by his defense there! Frans Henderickx scored 0-4 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sven Koninckx, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 30 minutes into the match, Brent Bernaerts had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sven Koninckx. Huppelende Begijntjes FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Brent Bernaerts was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. Sven Koninckx didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yanniek Lissens went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Luckas Oliviers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Sven Koninckx tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Brent Bernaerts to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Brent Bernaerts managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. De Salonsupporters's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brent Bernaerts was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Huppelende Begijntjes FC's Sven Koninckx got control of the ball when Brent Bernaerts tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Luckas Oliviers managed to get in a good position for a shot. De Salonsupporters's supporters rose to their feet, but Luckas Oliviers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven Koninckx breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Yanniek Lissens struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Sven Koninckx didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for De Salonsupporters. Sven Koninckx didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafael Salms went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-10 was the resulting score. Bastiaan Van den Panhuyzen's late challenge caught a Huppelende Begijntjes FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bastiaan Van den Panhuyzen helped the player get up and apologised. Bastiaan Van den Panhuyzen kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Huppelende Begijntjes FC's goalkeeper Sven Koninckx had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frans Henderickx. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bastiaan Van den Panhuyzen in the 97th minute of play forced Huppelende Begijntjes FC's goalkeeper Sven Koninckx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Huppelende Begijntjes FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. De Salonsupporters were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
