Spectators: 7997 (Terracing: 5999, Seating: 1839, VIP seats: 159) Jeroen Van Goitsenhoven started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Renaud Hagemans managed to get in a good position for a shot. Waterhoek's supporters rose to their feet, but Renaud Hagemans was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peter Jonckers breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeroen Van Goitsenhoven in the 5th minute of play forced Waterhoek's goalkeeper Stein Goos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frans Westelinx could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Stein Goos made a huge save. In the 7th match minute, Waterhoek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dave Rockloos to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeroen Van Goitsenhoven in the 10th minute of play forced Waterhoek's goalkeeper Stein Goos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Elsens scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Peter Jonckers, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dave Rockloos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 23 minutes, Sven Wollans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Waterhoek's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven Wollans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Waterhoek's Dave Rockloos got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Stein Goos came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by KAMPFSCHWEINEN's Maxim Petermans. But to his dismay, Maxim Petermans quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kamiel Docx to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Maxim Petermans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stein Goos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stein Goos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maxim Petermans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peter Jonckers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven Wollans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Elsens kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Peter Jonckers. That made the score 2-2 in the 57 minute of play. When Kamiel Docx fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Waterhoek's protests and gave Kamiel Docx a yellow card for diving instead. Waterhoek's Kamiel Docx got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Jorge Van Gorp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Waterhoek's Stein Goos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeroen Van Goitsenhoven in the 67th minute of play. Sven Wollans fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peter Jonckers having to interfere. After 70 played minutes KAMPFSCHWEINEN got a freekick which was hit by Roben Van Houtvinc. Peter Jonckers came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Waterhoek's Kamiel Docx. But to his dismay, Kamiel Docx quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Stein Goos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeroen Van Goitsenhoven, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peter Jonckers made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Renaud Hagemans sent off a good shot on target. Stein Goos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeroen Van Goitsenhoven, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in KAMPFSCHWEINEN's zone, Kamiel Docx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peter Jonckers came out of the goal and Kamiel Docx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Waterhoek's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
