Arnauld Baele received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Aristides Nevada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arnauld Baele fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aristides Nevada having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, KFC Nudorp's Christiaan Vermeiren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marc Schellekens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 31stth minute of the game Thibaud Van Hecke who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Geetsbeek's Marc Schellekens was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in KFC Nudorp's zone, Arnauld Baele stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aristides Nevada came out of the goal and Arnauld Baele tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marc Schellekens showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sergio Wortelaert, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Marc Schellekens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Wortelaert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roben Claessens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Aristides Nevada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

After some careless play in the KFC Nudorp defense, Jacky Wolfdoncx kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aristides Nevada. The KFC Nudorp fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aristides Nevada should have stopped the shot. In the 75th minute, Sergio Wortelaert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 82 minutes, Christiaan Vermeiren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KFC Nudorp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christiaan Vermeiren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matthew Vergau got free with Marc Schellekens in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Roben Claessens kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Geetsbeek were furious when Teo Vandenbosch was red carded, 88 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to Geetsbeek getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Teo Vandenbosch hit a great ball. After having played for 89 minutes, Andreas Van Der Meeren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KFC Nudorp's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andreas Van Der Meeren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 92 minutes into the game, KFC Nudorp's Amaury Steckens nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marc Schellekens made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kurt Deswarte during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 95th minute, Kurt Deswarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The KFC Nudorp players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
