Ignace Philippaerts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Xavier De Vlaeminck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 11 played minutes Peter Roofhoof rounded Les Misèrables's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Ignace Philippaerts kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Minion Mim's Sylven Schols got a free kick in the 16th minute. Minion Mim's Gerrit Cappels played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wout Simons in the 17th minute of play. Marten Gyselinx's late challenge caught a Minion Mim's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marten Gyselinx helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Minion Mim's Louis Tailleur got a free kick in the 24th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Les Misèrables's zone, Peter Roofhoof stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xavier De Vlaeminck came out of the goal and Peter Roofhoof tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Minion Mim's Pascal Du Sausois got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gerrit Cappels didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marten Gyselinx went, in the 42nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score.

Pascal Du Sausois fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xavier De Vlaeminck having to interfere. Peter Roofhoof scored 2-1 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Xavier De Vlaeminck, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Gerrit Cappels made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marten Gyselinx in the 60th minute of play. 61 minutes into the game, Jimmy Vinckx threw the ball into play from the sideline. Les Misèrables's Paul-Louis Van Dijcke quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Pascal Du Sausois blasted a shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Xavier De Vlaeminck having to make a save. 72 minutes into the game, Aaron Petermans was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Les Misèrables's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Minion Mim the free kick. Aaron Petermans hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Minion Mim's Louis Tailleur couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 84th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Les Misèrables. After 86 played minutes Les Misèrables got a freekick which was hit by Paul-Louis Van Dijcke. After recieving a nice pass, Minion Mim's Louis Tailleur tried to score from far away in the 87th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Xavier De Vlaeminck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ignace Philippaerts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gerrit Cappels showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorre Van der Perren in the 96th minute of the match. In the 98th minute of the match Les Misèrables got a corner. Minion Mim's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wout Simons ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Les Misèrables's Wout Simons to fire away a dangerous shot which Gerrit Cappels despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball.
