Spectators: 8076 (Terracing: 6059, Seating: 1857, VIP seats: 160) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Niki De Maret got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Koekelare MFC's goal looked a bit too open when Niki De Maret came free, but Dany Loremans reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Koekelare MFC's Timoteo Tino got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Bob Snoekens kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Timoteo Tino's late challenge caught a Zwart Kaarsvet FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Timoteo Tino helped the player get up and apologised. Timoteo Tino hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Niki De Maret who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Dany Loremans when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Laércio Paraíba had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, Zwart Kaarsvet FC's Niki De Maret sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dany Loremans narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dany Loremans didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Niki De Maret went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 28th minute Timoteo Tino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tony Coosemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 33 minutes, Niki De Maret managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zwart Kaarsvet FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Niki De Maret was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 37 minutes into the game, Karl Gijselinkx recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dany Loremans. Karl Gijselinkx showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Dany Loremans made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Niki De Maret sent off a good shot on target. In the 45th minute, Sebastien Wouqier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zwart Kaarsvet FC's Dave Schipmans got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Laércio Paraíba to make the kick off. After 65 minutes, Niki De Maret mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zwart Kaarsvet FC and the Koekelare MFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Niki De Maret hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Tony Coosemans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Valckx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Dave Schipmans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Laércio Paraíba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Tony Coosemans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the game, Niki De Maret cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Dany Loremans was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 79 minutes, Marten Van den Berghe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zwart Kaarsvet FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marten Van den Berghe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Koekelare MFC defense, Niki De Maret kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dany Loremans. The Koekelare MFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dany Loremans should have stopped the shot. When Karl Gijselinkx came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Zwart Kaarsvet FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl Gijselinkx couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niki De Maret in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dany Loremans saved Koekelare MFC from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the Zwart Kaarsvet FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
