In the 2nd match minute, Nerazzurri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lou Van Der Weghen to maneuver through the defense. If Yanis Smekens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 10 minutes into the game, Lou Van Der Weghen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bastian Andriesens. Lou Van Der Weghen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 14th minute, Nerazzurri's Loui Verheijd ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Bastian Andriesens. Bastian Andriesens yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. The supporters of Nerazzurri booed when Rema United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yanis Smekens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Renzo Impens might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wesley Kindermans. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Renzo Impens ran back to his position shaking his head. 27 minutes into the game, Yanis Smekens was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rema United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nerazzurri the free kick. The supporters of Nerazzurri booed when Rema United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yanis Smekens didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Rema United's goalkeeper Bastian Andriesens had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jochen Loremans. After a rather tough play, Rema United's Jan Van Hooveldt got a free kick in the 30th minute. If Richey Klijnhens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 played minutes Rema United got a freekick which was hit by Renzo Impens. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Bastian Andriesens successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The crowd rose to their feet as Nerazzurri's Jochen Loremans slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bastian Andriesens. That made the score 3-0 after 41 minutes of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yanis Smekens stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Loui Verheijd got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bastian Andriesens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lou Van Der Weghen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jochen Loremans recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wesley Kindermans made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yanis Smekens in the 69th minute of play. Yanis Smekens could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Wesley Kindermans made a huge save. Jochen Loremans scored 6-0 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bastian Andriesens, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 86 minutes into the match, Rema United's goal looked a bit too open when Lou Van Der Weghen came free, but Bastian Andriesens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Rema United's zone, Jochen Loremans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bastian Andriesens came out of the goal and Jochen Loremans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bastian Andriesens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loui Verheijd in the 93rd minute of the match. There was no doubt that Nerazzurri were the better team. Nerazzurri's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
