After a rather tough play, OS Nooby United's Kenneth Sandberg got a free kick in the 5th minute. Steffen Leclerq stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Paul-Louis Huybrechts's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. Steffen Leclerq took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paul-Louis Huybrechts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 10th minute, Jorg Uijterhoven left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Esquirla FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In a very dangerous position, a player in OS Nooby United fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 13th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Esquirla FC a penalty, 16 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Paul-Louis Huybrechts, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of OS Nooby United's Steffen Leclerq. 0-2. After 18 played minutes OS Nooby United got a freekick which was hit by Lorenz Kestens. In the 28th minute Paul-Louis Huybrechts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Steffen Leclerq saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th match minute, OS Nooby United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenz Kestens to maneuver through the defense. Etienne Van haeck charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Etienne Van haeck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd minute, Etienne Van haeck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Christof Martens made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Kenneth Sandberg sent off a good shot on target. OS Nooby United's Steffen Leclerq played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorg Uijterhoven in the 35th minute of play. Christof Martens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Baert in the 37th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Lorenz Kestens managed to get in a good position for a shot. OS Nooby United's supporters rose to their feet, but Lorenz Kestens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christof Martens breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Christof Martens made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Angelo Baert sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Esquirla FC's Christof Martens got control of the ball when Angelo Baert tried to sneak it across the goal line. 47 minutes into the game, Angelo Baert recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Christof Martens. Angelo Baert showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

After 53 played minutes, Esquirla FC's Siebe Vissenaekers shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Steffen Leclerq came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Esquirla FC reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul-Louis Huybrechts in the 54th minute of play forced OS Nooby United's goalkeeper Steffen Leclerq to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelo Baert sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christof Martens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Baert in the 62nd minute of the match. Angelo Baert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christof Martens having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul-Louis Huybrechts in the 69th minute of play forced OS Nooby United's goalkeeper Steffen Leclerq to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Esquirla FC's Christof Martens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Baert in the 71st minute of play. Steffen Leclerq made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paul-Louis Huybrechts in the 73rd minute. 76 minutes into the match, Esquirla FC's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Baert came free, but Christof Martens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Loid Valckx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, Lorenz Kestens got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87th minute, Esquirla FC's Etienne Van haeck seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Etienne Van haeck the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Esquirla FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Etienne Van haeck had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. OS Nooby United's Kenneth Sandberg got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, OS Nooby United's Lorenz Kestens got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Christof Martens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenz Kestens in the 96th minute of the match. The OS Nooby United supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Esquirla FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Esquirla FC.
